There is nothing easier than rape e patate...turnip greens and potatoes, Chef Paolo Barrale told me.  I had a chance to taste his version of a Christmas classic at Gusta Natale.  He added pasta and tossed it all together in a huge saucepan...(ok...that part didn't look so easy).
